Bathroom Remodel

The client requested a complete remodel of their basement bathroom due to outdated fixtures, improper ventilation, and overall poor construction. They wanted to replace the tub/shower combo with a walk-in shower, new toilet, new vanity, extra storage, and new tile flooring for a bright and modern appearance.

Before: Bathroom

The tub was raised up, making it difficult to get in, the toilet was incorrectly sized, and the vanity lacked storage

During Construction

Reframed wall, removed old tile floors, removed old tub/shower unit

After: New Vanity & Mirror

Replaced the light fixture, installed new mirror, installed new vanity

After: New Shower & Toilet

Installed new glass shower, installed exhaust vent in the ceiling, replaced toilet, installed new tile flooring

Bathroom Tile Repair

The client had some broken tiles around the drain in their shower that needed to be fixed. Due to the age of the tile, we were unable to find an exact match but found an alternative solution.

Some of the small tiles around the drain were cracked and the grout was crumbling

After

Due to the age of the small tiles, we were unable to replace with the same tiles, however larger tiles were selected for a finished look
